In PARIS PIEDS NUS, filmmakers Fiona Gordon and Dominique Abel play a petit-bourgeois Canadian librarian and a strangely seductive and selfish homeless man. Fiona's (Gordon) orderly life is disrupted by a letter, crying for help, from her 88-year-old aunt Martha (played by Emmanuelle Riva), who lives in Paris. Fiona takes the next flight to Paris. Once there, she discovers that her aunt Martha has disappeared. The search for Martha turns into an odyssey through Paris. Fiona encounters some bizarre contemporaries. One of them is Dom (Abel), a likeable but annoying oaf who follows her around and whom she can't get rid of.
